Couple says iDo in an Apple fanatic kind of way

20 Feb 2010

A young couple besotted with all things iPod decided to spin the clickwheel of fate and have tied the knot in an Apple Store.

In a ceremony not officially sanctioned by Apple, the couple, Josh and Ting Li, were married by a man dressed up as Steve Jobs – including the famous black turtleneck and blue jeans – at the Apple Store on New York’s Fifth Avenue.

Romance apparently blossomed for the pair, who saw the Apple in each others’ eyes when they struck up a conversation when Ting was shopping for an iPod.

A YouTube video reveals the pair and their loved ones listening intently to the officiator on Valentine’s Day last, who began nuptials with the words: “We are gathered here tonight, not only to look for new iPhones …

“Steve Jobs once said, and I quote: ‘You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.’”
