IFDS seeks dynamic, motivated candidates for Dublin office (video)

19 Aug 2015

IFDS is a leading provider of third-party administration and IT services, with offices in Dublin city centre and Dublin Park West.

Tony Murphy, head of operations change management at IFDS, said the company is looking for candidates who are dynamic and self-motivated, and capable of working in an ever-changing environment.

IFDS recruits across a broad range of areas, from project and product managers to testers and support services.

It looks for candidates with an IT background or IT qualifications, though some roles may require special skills.

The company provides upskilling opportunities for staff members, from job-specific training to soft-skills training.

There are, of course, perks to working at IFDS. The opportunity is there to travel between IFDS’s own offices and, occasionally, to clients’ offices.

The company also supports employees as they grow and develop their careers.

“We’re only as good as the people that we have supporting our day-to-day work,” said Murphy.

IFDS is part of a joint venture between State Street and DST Systems.
