Perlico, a provider of telecoms and broadband services to Irish consumers, has appointed Mark Cleary chief operations officer. He was formerly Perlico’s head of customer care. He has over 15 years of experience in the international telecoms industry in a broad range of management and strategic roles in markets such as Australia and most recently with Vodafone in Ireland. As COO he will assume overall responsibility for the operational management of Perlico’s phone and internet business. As well as driving continued growth in customer numbers and market share, Cleary will manage Perlico’s strategy for the rollout of a broad range of next-generation broadband services. Cleary has an MBA from the UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business.
