A new Irish website for selling new and used cars has been launched.
The site www.carshowonvid.ie will feature extensive video advertising and will enable users to produce their own video car commercials.
It is the first in a series of video advertising sites using the ‘Show on Vid’ branding which are to be set up by Kildare-based KeefG Media Group.
“The Show On Vid group of websites will be expanding to become Ireland’s first community-based, fully interactive online video advertising websites,” the company stated.
The company intends the sites to cover a range of interests, from the motor industry to the live music scene.
The company said its research showed people would much prefer watching video advertising than written listings or static photo ads.
The site will include a ‘modified motors’ and ‘services directory’ section.
