Citi’s Sneha Lavnis spoke to Siliconrepublic.com about her experience on the company’s graduate programme.

Following third-level education, many students opt to join graduate programmes as the first step on their career journey. But how can these programmes prepare early-stage talent for working life?

Sneha Lavnis is an application developer with Citi, having joined the company’s graduate programme in 2018. She said the programme has made her more versatile as a developer due to the rotation she experienced.

“I could work with two different teams, thus experiencing very different styles of working  and since both my teams were global, I could interact with a lot of talented people thus  improving my development skills and also leadership skills.”
