There has been significant growth in Ireland’s biopharma industry in Ireland over the past 10 years, and there are no signs of it slowing down.
Anyone who attended NIBRT’s fifth annual Careers in Biopharma event on 14 April would know that the biopharma industry in Ireland is going from strength to strength.
With many of the major biopharma giants recruiting fresh talent and promoting new facilities, it’s clear that there will be plenty of opportunities for those looking for jobs in the industry.
NIBRT’s programme director, Killian O’Driscoll, said there has been significant growth in biopharma in Ireland over the past 10 years. “There’s been over €10bn of capital investment and there’s predicted to be nearly 9,000 new jobs by the year 2020,” he said.
