Juhi Shrivastava, a data analytics consultant at PwC, discusses the diverse culture she experiences at PwC.
Juhi Shrivastava told Siliconrepublic.com about her decision to apply for a job at PwC as a graduate, and why she still believes that it was a good choice.
She works as a data scientist at the company, a position she entered having completed her master’s degree at DCU. Her graduate role allowed her to focus more on the types of work she prefers, including getting to “work on cutting-edge technologies”.
As well as her day-to-day duties and responsibilities, Shrivastava described the fast pace, positive culture and exciting clients she has access to at PwC, keeping each day interesting.
She also described how the company culture has made her feel comfortable and capable of sharing her ideas.
“I’m confident that if I have some ideas I would be heard, regardless of the position I hold in the company,” she said.
