Integrity360 acquires UK firm to grow its infosec empire

Integrity360 is spearheading rapid international growth thanks to a new acquisition.

Irish infosec player Integrity360 has acquired UK IT security specialist Metadigm for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition will enable Integrity360 to expand its managed security and cybersecurity services into the UK market.

Integrity360 currently operates in the UK through its London and Birmingham offices.

The firm reported year-on-year growth of 53pc in 2016 with an increase of €13m in annual turnover from €24.5m to €37.5m

Cybersecurity surge

Ireland’s largest cybersecurity provider, Integrity360 employs 175 people at its headquarters in Sandyford, Dublin, and is in the process of hiring 150 more people with a view to filling the jobs by the end of 2018.

Integrity360 CEO Eoin Goulding said the company plans to significantly increase its penetration of the UK market, driven by a twin strategy of both organic growth and acquisitions.
