A new TV, broadband and telephone service provider has entered the Irish market, it emerged this morning.

HomeVision, a subsidiary of the 3PlayPlus Group, will provide digital TV with broadband and a range of home phone services, including free phone calls and low-rate local, national, mobile and international calls.

The company is registered with the Commission for Communications Regulation and says it has formed several strategic partnerships with network operators to support the deployment of services to businesses and consumers.

The 3PlayPlus Group is funded by PlanNet21 Communications. PlanNet21 is an IT systems integration company founded in 1997 to provide IP communications, network storage, network security and technology services to a largely corporate and government customer base.

HomeVision says it will offer a 30-day ‘no quibbles’ trial and a guaranteed two months’ free in addition to offering a video-on-demand library, all on one bill.

The service is currently available in Clondalkin, Coolock, Clontarf, Whitehall, Tallaght, Santry, Crown Alley, Dolphin’s Barn and Summerhill.
