Dropbox’s platform aims to create a ‘smart workspace’ for employees around the world, but what's it like to work within its walls?

We recently went to the Dublin office of file storage and sharing giant Dropbox to speak with some of its employees about what it’s like to work at the company and to find out a few key tips for new joiners.

Global vice-president of customer experience and head of EMEA, Adrienne Gormley, discussed the importance of employee resource groups to life at Dropbox. Women at Dropbox, Latin@s, Black Dropboxers and Pridebox are just some of the groups employees can turn to for a greater sense of support and belonging, she said.

Meanwhile, the company’s head of international HR, Maeve O’Meara, filled us in on the characteristics and skills necessary for working at Dropbox. She mentioned trustworthiness and motivation as especially desirable attributes.
