When it comes to the future of work, it’s not what your employees can do for you, but what you can do for your employees.

There’s a lot to digest when it comes to the future of work. At Inspirefest 2018, one of the major takeaways came from Rajeev Behera: the future of work is in the hands of the employee.

As the founder and CEO of Reflektive, a start-up aimed at helping employees thrive, Behera noted that employees have become the centre of the universe for companies, and this will change how they are treated.

“It’s actually become an economic imperative for companies to now focus on employee engagement,” he said.
