Johnson & Johnson companies have been operating in Ireland for decades, with almost 3,000 employees across a network of locations including Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in Limerick, which announced 100 new roles in April of this year.

But how does the biotech giant find its top talent? Talent acquisition partner Mary Lane said energy and drive are two of the most important traits. “I think you know pretty quickly when you meet somebody, just in terms of their own interest,” she said.

“These sites are continually growing and expanding, so I think new opportunities come hand in hand with that.”
