If a report in financial paper Les Échos is to be believed, Google TV is coming to Europe this September in the forms of two devices.
The report quotes Sony France’s marketing director as having said that a set-top box priced at €200 and a Blu-ray player priced at €300 will launch in France, the UK, Spain and Germany this September.
Remote controls for the devices would include a dedicated Android Market Google Play button to access the Android progenitor’s apps and media content, said Sony’s Stephane Labrousse.
Sony’s own Music Unlimited service will also reportedly be included.
