The international head of HR at Dropbox says that communication is a little different at the company.

When it comes to positive workplace culture, one major tell is how good your company’s communication is within the office. Many employees cite bad communication within a company as a reason to become disengaged at work.

However, when visited the EMEA headquarters of Dropbox in Dublin, international head of HR Maeve O’Meara said this was not the case at the company.

“Everybody is encouraged to share their ideas and that’s from the junior level upwards, especially with leadership,” she said.

“We really want [the employees] to have that environment where they feel comfortable and they can bring their best selves to work.”
