It is a truth, universally acknowledged, that the Raspberry Pi is a pretty amazing invention.

The release of the Raspberry Pi 3 was announced today (29 February), with the latest iteration of the single-board computer that can allow anyone to learn programming languages set to cost just €32.

While that seems remarkably cheap, especially considering it includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability, it is actually pretty pricey compared to the Raspberry Pi Zero, which was released last year with a price tag of just $5.

The tiny Zero impressed us here at Siliconrepublic.com so much, in fact, that we named it our ‘Game-changing Gadget of the Year 2015’.

But, I hear you asking, what can I actually do with one of these tiny computers?

Well, if you’re looking for inspiration, look no further than this infographic from RS Components, which details some of the best Pi projects it has come across.

See the bottom of this article to see full links to all the projects.
