An Indian-owned call centre has today announced it is to create 100 jobs in Northern Ireland
Firstsource now employs 1,000 people in its base in Derry and also employs 400 people in Belfast.
The company, which was founded in 2001, has 21,000 employees working from 43 centres worldwide.
It provides business process management services across banking and financial services, telecommunications and media and the health-care industry.
