Apple has issued a cryptic message on its iTunes site that implies there will be an exciting announcement today at 7am (3pm GMT).

The message appeared yesterday on the site and reads, “Tomorrow is just another day. That you’ll never forget.” It goes on to read: “Check back here tomorrow for an exciting announcement from iTunes.”

While nothing has been confirmed, the message could be referring to the long-running dispute between Apple and iconic pop group The Beatles, understood to be closing in on a resolution that would see the legendary band’s back catalogue appear on iTunes.

Two years ago, former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney said the full digitally remastered back catalogue would be coming to iTunes.
