Ennis-based IT Providers in CRM deal with Sage

12 Apr 2011

Ennis tech firm IT Providers, which serves an installed base of 1,000 licensed users in 600 locations, has implemented SalesLogix CRM from Sage to manage and report on the company’s many end-user support agreements.

SalesLogix will give companies a 360-degree view of their customer relationships. It also helps manage sales pipelines, deliver effective marketing campaigns and better customer service and support.

IT Providers is based in Ennis, Co Clare, and employs eight people. The company was adopting a more structured approach to new business development and found SalesLogix the ideal solution for the company.

Customer-centric CRM

“As our customer base grew and we adopted a more customer-centric strategy, we identified the need to implement a CRM system,” explained Niall Cannon, managing director, IT Providers.

“We wanted a solution that was highly configurable and following a thorough investigation of CRM packages, we selected SalesLogix from Sage as the solution most suited to our business model.

“We noted that Sage SalesLogix was one of the few solutions in the market that allowed for excellent configuration and integration. As Microsoft development partners we noted that SalesLogix was based on the non-proprietary Microsoft SQL database system – this helped us make the right choice.”

IT Providers selected Sage Business Partner, DB Computer Solutions to implement and support the solution.
