Adobe Photoshop Touch out now for iPad
Adobe has launched its official Photoshop app for the iPad, letting people use its photo-editing software on their tablets.
The app brings Photoshop features such as layers, selection tools, adjustments and filters to the iPad. Users can select part of an image by scribbling and its refine edge tool makes it easier for users to capture smaller details, such as hair, with their fingertips.
Tablet owners can use their iPad camera to fill an area on a layer with its camera fill feature and can search for images through the app with its integrated Google Image Search tool. Images can also be shared directly to Facebook through the app.
The Photoshop app, which only works for iPad 2 models, is available for €7.99 on the Apple App Store.
HP CEO expects Windows 8 tablet before end of 2012
HP CEO Meg Whitman has said she expects the company to launch a Windows 8 tablet by the end of the year.
According to Business Week, Whitman said the Windows 8 tablet will be based on Intel technology and it’s unclear when Windows 8 will be released for devices running ARM chips.
Microsoft’s new operating system, which currently does not have a release date, is designed to work across a numerous different types of computers, from PCs to tablet.
It is offering support for ARM-based chipsets, Intel x86, Intel x32 and Intel x64 devices.
New bundle to launch in Europe for Xbox’s 10th anniversary?
A listing founded on Amazon France has seemingly revealed that Microsoft is planning to release an Xbox 360 bundle in March to celebrate the brand’s 10th anniversary.
The original Xbox first launched in November 2001 in North America, however, this bundle appears to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the console’s European release date, which was 14 March 2002.
The Examiner reports that the bundle includes a 250GB system, a three-month Xbox Live Gold membership card, two wireless controllers and four games.
The bundle’s games will be Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Fable III, Gears of War 2 and Halo: Reach.
The Xbox bundle is expected to launch on 9 March, costing €280.
