New site Angel Holdings to connect start-ups with angel investors

20 Oct 2011

A new globally-focused online platform aimed at connecting entrepreneurs with angel investors and de-risking these new ventures before entrepreneurs meet the investors has gone live.

Dublin-based Angel Holdings’ new network www.Angel-Holdings.com is inviting entrepreneurs and investors to register.

“We connect investors with sustainable and diverse venture projects in need of funding, mentoring and support,” explained executive director Adele Hinze. “We are non-discriminative – all sectors are welcome!”

She said Angel Holdings will offer entrepreneurs an opportunity to be guided by qualified business mentors from across the globe. Entrepreneurs receive mentoring in their mother tongue where possible, to maximise their experience.

“Angel Holdings provide guidance to start-up companies on their business plans, before making these plans available to investors on the Angel Holdings database. This increases the quality of investment opportunities on offer to investors, business angels and VCs,” Hinze explained.
